At Opolis, we’ve got your back, which is why your new favorite sunglasses are guaranteed against any defects in the materials or manufacturing one year on from the day you bought them.

Warranty Policy

Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from an authorized Opolis Optics dealer or receipt. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use. To make a warranty claim during the warranty period, securely pack your Opolis Optics (Op # must be written on the outside of the shipping carton), along with original proof of purchase, information containing your name, return address, telephone number, and a brief note describing the damage to your Opolis Optics and how it was caused. Opolis Optics is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit; therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to insure your eyewear.

Return Policy

At Opolis, we offer a full refund on all of our products returned within 30 days of purchase that are unused. Please return them in new condition in the original box/mirco-cloth/brochure/stickers/etc. As we offer free initial shipping, we ask that any returns be covered by the customer. Upon delivery & inspection you'll receive a full refund.
